Shipping
Free delivery in Nepal. Japan: free over ¥9,000, ¥1,000 below that. Everywhere else, including the US: free over $90, $19 below that. Orders ship from our head office in Lalitpur, or from our partner warehouses in Japan, Australia, Canada and Switzerland.

You can return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or defectiveWe cover shipping both ways. You choose a replacement or a full refund.

How to startUse our contact form or write to info@yachu.co with your order number, and a photo if something's wrong. We'll reply with the return address.
Free repairs for lifeEvery Yachu product, for as long as you own it. Send us a photo of the problem through our contact form or to info@yachu.co. Then send it to us: we fix it for free and send it back. You cover shipping both ways.
Airlite Hammock
Hang it high enough that it doesn't touch the ground when you lie in it. Dragging on the ground can tear the fabric.
Keep it away from fire and sharp objects.
Take your shoes off before getting in.
Avoid long exposure to sun and rain.
If it's wet, dry it fully before you pack it away.
To wash: take off the straps and carabiners, hand wash in cold water with mild soap. No machine, no bleach. Dry in the shade, never in a dryer.
If you see any damage or defect, stop using it.
Max load 160 kg. Not for swinging or jumping.
Leave no trace: protect the trees, pack out what you bring.
CAUTION
Hang it at a height that's safe if you fall. You use Yachu gear at your own risk.
