At Yachu, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
Inspect Your Order Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@yachu.co — include a photo and your order details and we'll resolve it quickly.
Exchanges We don't offer refunds, but if there's a genuine issue with your order, we'll arrange a replacement or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-Exchangeable Items Items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or returned without prior contact are not eligible for exchange. Sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
