1. How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders ship within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor its journey until arrival. Delivery times vary by location, with domestic orders typically arriving within 1 to 3 business days and international orders within 3 to 9 days.


2. How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $9.99.  

Multiple shipping options (including express or expedited shipping) are available at check out.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

Sure can! Please don't hesitate to contact us at help@yachu.co. Our dedicated team will promptly look into your request, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. 

(If your order has already shipped, there's no need to worry! You can still redirect it using the Post tracking links provided in your shipping confirmation email)

*Please be advised that we are unable to redirect or retrieve orders that have been successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Therefore, please ensure that you carefully review your address details before completing your checkout

4. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Shipping companies typically promise delivery within 2-8 business days, but delays can occur. If your order is not delivered within 20 days, please contact us for investigation. 

Note: Investigation timelines vary by courier, but we'll strive for a timely resolution.

5. What is your return policy?

We provide free returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, though certain item may not be eligible. Exclusions are indicated on product pages or at checkout. 

To qualify for a return:

Items must be initiated for return and sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible unless faulty.

Items must be returned in original packaging and in 'as new' condition.

Provide a photo of the item/s before shipping for assessment.
