Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

If your return is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send the item
Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@yachu.co so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons. These include:

The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
